These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of impactcheck.com and the Impact Check Property Impact Report, Annual Monitoring, and Commercial Report services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Impact Check, LLC. By searching a property or purchasing a report, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Use of the Services
The Services are provided for informational and due-diligence purposes. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and not to resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit report content without written permission from Impact Check, LLC.
Nature of Reports
Property Impact Reports compile data from public sources, government databases, and licensed third-party data providers. Impact Check does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or currency of any data. Reports are not a substitute for professional legal, engineering, environmental, or appraisal advice. Impact Check is not responsible for decisions made based on report contents.
Payments and Refunds
Reports and subscriptions are purchased through our secure Stripe checkout. All purchases are final. If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery of a report, contact support at info@impactcheck.com and we will investigate and resolve the issue.
Annual Monitoring
Annual Monitoring subscriptions renew annually at the published rate unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period; no prorated refunds are issued.
Intellectual Property
All content, data compilations, trademarks, and software on impactcheck.com are the property of Impact Check, LLC or its data providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Impact Check, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services or reliance on report contents, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Impact Check, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
