Most buyers don't know what they don't know
A home inspection covers what's inside the property line. Impact Check covers everything around it — the planned road widening, the rezoning two parcels over, the pipeline easement that never made it into the listing.
See how Impact Check makes a difference.

Found a planned road expansion before making an offer — and renegotiated with confidence.
The appraiser who documented it

The broker who got ahead of it
Disclosed surrounding developments up front and closed without surprises.
